Processing of Municipal Permit (Benefit Dance/Cut Tress/Transportation/Social Dance)

STEP APPLICANT ACTIVITY

  • Apply for a license.

  • Give checklist of requirement.

         (10 minutes)

  • Review and Evaluate for Computation.

         (15 minutes)

  • If complete, prepare Mayor’s Permit

  • Submit to Mayor/Treasurer/BIR and fire Department/License Inspector/Rural Health Officer for signature.

         (2 days)

  • Mayors approve and affix his signature.

  • Licensing officer records and release the documents to the different offices.

  • Release the original copy to the applicant.
